2. 支払い方法及び価格設定 / Payment and Pricing

3. 物理商品の発送について / Shipping Details for Physical Products

• 発送条件 / Shipping Conditions:

  • 日本国内への発送は無料です。
    Shipping within Japan is free.

  • 配送業者：日本郵便、ヤマト運輸
    Shipping Carriers: Japan Post and Yamato Transport.

  • 支払い確認後、通常は翌営業日に発送いたします。平日11:00前のご注文は同日発送となる場合があります。
    Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. on weekdays may be shipped on the same day.

  • 注文後に在庫がなくなった場合、発送が遅れることがございます。その際はメールにてご連絡いたします。
    In case a product is out of stock after the order is placed, shipment may be delayed. We will notify you by email in such cases.

• 発送の制限 / Shipping Restrictions:
  ※土日祝日、年末年始および当社指定休日は発送いたしません。
  No shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year holidays, or company holidays.

• 物理商品の返品・交換について / Return and Exchange Policy for Physical Products:

  • 物理商品の返品期間は商品到着後30日以内です。
    A 30-day return policy applies for physical products.

  • 欠品や不備（例：ページの欠落等）の場合に限り、交換対応をいたします。
    Exchanges will be accepted only in cases of obvious defects (e.g., missing or incomplete pages).

  • 以下の場合は返品・交換の対象外となります。
    The following conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

    • 商品のカバーが僅かに傷んでいる・曲がっている場合。
      The cover is slightly damaged or bent.

    • 軽微な傷や小さな擦り傷等。
      Minor scratches or slight cosmetic imperfections.

    • 商品到着後30日を超えた場合。
      More than 30 days have passed since the product was received.

    • お客様の管理不足による汚損、破損、故障の場合。
      Damage, dirt, or malfunction due to customer negligence.

    • 同一商品または同等商品を大量に購入された場合。
      Purchase of a large quantity of the same or equivalent product.

    • 発送後のお客様都合（誤注文、商品にご満足いただけない場合等）のキャンセル。
      Order cancellation due to customer’s reason (e.g., wrong order, dissatisfaction) after shipment.

    • 原商品と異なる商品の交換をご希望の場合。
      Requests for exchanges with products different from the original purchase.

  Please contact us via email (info@makostars.com) within 30 days of receiving the product.

4. キャンセル及び返金ポリシー / Cancellation and Refund Policies

• 物理商品について / For Physical Products:

  • 当社が返送料を負担する場合：

    • 注文内容（商品・数量）が異なる場合。
      The delivered product (or quantity) differs from the order.

    • 配送中に商品が著しく損傷した場合。
      The product suffered severe damage during the shipping process.

  • その他の場合は、お客様が返送料をご負担いただきます。
    In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, including but not limited to:

    • 不着（住所不備、受け取り拒否など）
      Failure of delivery due to incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery.

    • 配送会社が定めた保管期限内に受け取れなかった場合。
      Failure to receive the product by the storage deadline set by the shipping firm.

    • 発送後のお客様都合によるキャンセル。
      Order cancellation after the product has been shipped.

    • その他、お客様の責任による場合。
      Other reasons attributable to the customer’s responsibility.

• 電子商品及びレッスンについて / For Electronic Products and Lessons:
  購入後の返金は一切行っておりません。
  No refunds are available after purchase.

5. その他の免責事項 / Additional Disclaimers

• ダウンロード商品は現状のまま提供され、購入後の返金・キャンセルはできません。
  Downloadable products are provided as-is; no refunds or cancellations are available after purchase.

• 上記の条件に同意の上でご購入いただいたものとみなします。
